DISCLAIMER: I'm not a mental health professional. I'm just trying to help people out. I ran across this and it seems plausible

Thought this might help someone. This is an interesting theory. I might look into this more. Just because it's on the internet doesn't make it true.

If it is real maybe I could have it. I'm not a hypochondriac or gullible person that every disease you hear about you automatically have.

Just curious as this sounds believable. I do dabble in mental health content.

I'm trying to learn this idea from this video. I'm a recovering people pleaser and hate the icky feeling of not truly knowing if someone is mad at me or not or how to fix it. I also have trust issues which doesn't help the situation.

I'm slowly learning to trust people. I've told my current boss if he's mad at me to let me know right away. At previous jobs it wasn't until annual review time or another long period that I had been told people were mad at me and what for. If they told me right away I could have nipped it in the bud. Even though I confided in my current boss I still worry. Bad habits die hard.

I liked the comments from Lizzy and Matthew in the screenshot. I have that burden feeling more than I should that Lizzy mentioned. I like Matthew's advice and I guess I'm trying it on a smaller scale with my boss. Maybe someday I open that ring of trust to more people like Matthew recommended.
