Just a reminder regarding the clinic’s holiday hours. We will not be open this Thursday and next Thursday, but Tuesdays will be regular hours this month.

Wausau Free Clinic Holiday Hours! We will be closed the last Thursday of December on Christmas and the first Thursday of January on New Year’s Day. We will have normal hours all other days.

Wausau Free Clinic staff are worried that changes to Affordable Care Act premium tax credits will bring a surge of patients, after people aren’t able to afford their health insurance coverage.

As of this past Tuesday the Wausau Free Clinic has officially dispensed over $1,000,000 in prescription medications to our patients in-house and free of charge!

Our team gained a new volunteer interpreter, BUT we are still looking for volunteers interested in both paid and unpaid Spanish Interpretation assistance. Please share to those who may be interested!
