🏛️ Advocacy in action.

This past Wednesday, Wausau Family Pharmacy was at the State Capitol meeting directly with Wisconsin legislators to push for stronger pharmacy access and support for our workforce.

We’re proud to share the outcome:
✅ **SB 832 passed:** Expands remote pharmacist supervision for all licensed WI pharmacies — improving access to care, especially in rural communities.
✅ **SB 898 passed:** Adds **2 pharmacy technicians** to the Pharmacy Examining Board — giving frontline teams a stronger voice.

We show up because our patients depend on it.
We advocate because independent pharmacy matters.
We’ll keep fighting for access, safety, and the future of pharmacy in Wisconsin. 💊

Sat down with state legislators today to advocate for our patients.

We pushed for PBM reform to bring transparency to medication costs, expanded remote pharmacy to improve access to care, and stronger support for the pharmacy teams serving our communities.

Patients must remain at the center of every policy decision.

Wausau Family Pharmacy will be at the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin (PSW) Legislative Day in Madison this week.

We’re meeting with state legislators to advocate for independent pharmacy, expand patient access to care, and push forward policies that improve outcomes for Wisconsin patients.

Our goal is simple: stronger pharmacies = better care for our communities.
