As I prepare for motherhood, I’m focusing on intentional practices I can bring into this next chapter! Things that help kids succeed and will make our family environment supportive and connected🧠

Easy healthy snacks, simple routines, practical strategies for behavior, and meaningful family activities are the tools I’m personally committing to and the ones I guide parents to use in my work.

I created the Parenting Lab to bring all of this together in one place. It’s a space where parents can learn, try evidence-based strategies, and get support as they build routines, manage big feelings, and celebrate small wins.

The Parenting Lab officially opens on November 22nd. Motherhood is a journey, and having intentional practices and a supportive community can help you show up the way you want to.

Mindful Village is a mindfulness program for kids ages 10+. Enrollment is now open and we're starting October 6th at Clay Corner Studio in Wausau!

🎨 Bonus: The final session is a family pottery painting night! One piece of pottery is included in the program cost. More pottery options may be purchased on November 13th at Clay Corner Studio so the whole family can join.
