This is your official excuse to stretch without calling it stretching! A masculine twist on our traditional Hot Power Flow class -
Delivered to you in 94 degree heat and built intentionally for guys who lift, run, sit at a desk, or "should probably work on mobility...(you know who you are!)
Expect strength building, a great sweat, and just enough balance work to humble you in the best way.
Led by Elliott Alcantara, former military dude turned yogi, is a tasteful amount of zen and a healthy amount of let's get after it. We'll loosen up your back, open up tight hips, and build usable strength in your legs, core and shoulders, all in a heated room that'll have you dripping by minute 10.
No flexibility required. No experience needed. Just show up and put in the work.

A different kind of class for the Next Generation of SALT lovers!

This isn’t about performance or perfection.
It’s about helping the ones you love most feel strong, capable, and at home in their bodies.

During this once-a-month offering, they’ll build:
– strength + balance
– body awareness
– coordination
– confidence that carries beyond the studio and into everyday life

Parents, this is the kind of athletic foundation that supports them in everything they do. Movement that doesn’t force or demand, but instead teaches them to listen, feel, and trust their bodies.

Tomorrow evening’s Virtual Breathwork Journey is intentionally designed to help you uncover and release the subconscious patterns you hold around money - the ones that quietly shape how you earn, spend, receive, and believe.

Money isn’t just practical, it’s deeply emotional. It’s tied to safety, worthiness, power, and possibility. Many of us carry inherited beliefs, past experiences, or internal narratives that create tension or limitation in our relationship with it.

Through intentional breath, you’ll begin to move energy stored in the body - bringing awareness to where scarcity, fear, or control may be held, and creating space for something new to surface. This is NOT about forcing abundance, but about softening resistance and reconnecting to a more grounded, open, and trusting state to receive and hold the prosperity that comes into our lives.

You may experience emotional release, clarity, or a shift in perspective. Each person’s session is different, but the root is the same: to create a more aligned and empowered relationship with money. No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to explore what’s beneath the surface✨

✨ SHELLY TAPPE ✨
Shelly's journey has come full circle, growing up in Tomahawk, spending time in southern Wisconsin & Indiana, and ultimately finding her way back to the Wausau area to build a life rooted in what matters most: family & connection! She and her husband Jake are raising two little ones, Charlotte (3) & Sawyer (2), who are just 362 days apart. Life in this season is busy for her, but so full of love! Her weekends are primarily spent outside hiking, boating, & making memories, grounded in the simple recipe of fresh air & time together.

Alongside teaching at SALT, Shelly also works full time in corporate healthcare executive leadership, balancing both roles with a deep commitment to growth, service, & impact. Movement has always been more than just a workout for Shelly. It has been an anchor. Her connection to pilates & fitness runs deep, shaping not only how she moves, but how she lives. Through motherhood especially, Pilates and Yoga have become her foundation- helping her build strength, find balance, and stay grounded in the middle of a full life. It is where she reconnects, resets, and comes back to herself. Her workouts aren't about checking a box, they're about truly pausing to show up for herself - To support her health, balance her body, and create space in her mind. Her classes reflect that same intention, blending low impact strength with sculpt style movement. Shelly’s teaching style is rooted in precision, control, and presence. Her Hot Pilates classes focus on form-first movements, core driven strength, and intentional intensity designed to challenge you while still feeling supportive to all levels. You will leave her class feeling energized with a deeper awareness of your body and what it's capable of. Her mission is simple: To guide students towards building strength from the inside out!
