Join us at SALT for a cozy, creative afternoon of intention setting and connection 🤍 as we kick off the new year together.✨

On Saturday, January 10th from 12:00–2:00 PM, we’ll gather in the studio to reflect, dream, and put our goals for the year onto paper.✍️💭 Vision boarding is a powerful way to clarify what you’re calling in and give your intentions a visual home.🌱

Cost: $10 (covers materials)

We’ll provide:
• Vision boards
• Scissors, glue ✂️
• Pens & markers 🖊️
• Inspiration to get you started ✨

Please bring:
• Any extras you love to use—magazines, printouts, photos, stickers, or personal mementos. 📸🖼️

Feel free to bring pillows or blankets if you’d like to get extra comfortable while you create.🧺🤍

Come as you are, set your goals with intention, and start the year feeling grounded, inspired, and supported. ✨

Rachel Gray is back after welcoming a brand new SALT Family member into the world!

She’ll be popping in for sub classes this month (schedule on the next slide!) and returns to her regular Monday 6PM Hot Pilates in January.

December Instructor Highlight:
Meet Rebecca 🧘‍♀️

Let’s get to know our instructor Rebecca! A Merrill native who eventually made her way back to Wausau, Rebecca’s journey has brought her home to family and community. Moving her body is her sanity in this season of motherhood, and she is passionate about teaching to create a healthy mental space for others too.

Rebecca’s classes are known for being calm, flowing, and balanced, helping students connect to their bodies and the present moment while cultivating presence and embodiment.

When she’s not teaching, you can find Rebecca hiking, biking, exploring farmer’s markets, camping, or spending time outdoors with her husband, their boys, Stetson the chocolate lab, and four cats — Otis, Tiger, Prince, and Leo.
