Meet Sam, one of our talented Grounds Technicians at Restlawn Memorial Park! With nine years of lawn care experience, Sam brings a high level of skill, precision, and pride to every task. His commitment to keeping our grounds beautiful ensures families experience a peaceful and well-maintained environment each time they visit.

When he’s off the clock, Sam enjoys cooking, playing guitar, and heading to the bowling alley. He and his wife, Megan, an award-winning tattoo artist, also love traveling to tattoo conventions together, creating memories and exploring new places.

We’re grateful to have Sam on the Restlawn team and appreciate the passion and care he brings to our cemetery every day.

As we prepare to honor Veterans Day tomorrow, we want to share an important reminder:

We honor our veterans year-round through our Veterans Benefits Program. One of the most meaningful benefits we offer is a complimentary burial space for Honorably Discharged Veterans when an adjoining space is purchased for their spouse.

Per Wisconsin state statute, an endowment care fee is required, and arrangements must be made in advance to qualify for these benefits.

This meaningful evening will include a performance by the Wausau West Master Singers, a remembrance slideshow, and a candle-lit rendition of Silent Night by Camryn.

Light refreshments will be served as we come together to honor and remember our loved ones during this special season.
