Hi friends!! I cannot believe that it has been a whole year since we were able to gather together, i really do miss you all!

I want to share with you an amazing resource that one of my friends has co-created. Seeds Arts LLC is an online learning platform for all ages. They have a huge variety of resources including performance arts classes, dance and voice lessons as well as adult and child fitness classes. (Including yoga 😄 taught by another great friend of mine) All of the classes are on zoom so you can enjoy them in the comfort of your own home!

Today's featured Main Street Makeover finalist is Off the Mat Yoga in Main Street Marshfield. Yogis Stacy Wolf and Luanne Sojka opened Off The Mat Yoga Studio in May of 2015. The studio has operated in three different downtown locations since then, expanding both the number of instructors and style of classes offered. In February of 2020, the duo were able to purchase a downtown storefront space and start the process of remodeling, which continued as classes went virtual during COVID. The business hopes to explore opportunities associated with the new space to offer additional group sessions and add a retail component to further serve their loyal customers.

Hello! With the help of my amazing sister Lauron, we have a 40 minute Yin/Yang or as I like to call it - “Brutal Bliss” class. We start by warming up with some powerful variations of Sun Salutations and core, then ease into the long / much needed stretching holds. We use a strap in this video so have one or anything that works handy, as well as any other props you might need. Stay well friends!

This is meant to be for All Levels of practice so come into it with an open mind and always take any modifications or variations that you might need. Hello! I decided to change it up from our normal Power Yoga today and created I nice Yin/Yang or as I like to call it - “Brutal Bliss” video for you! (Extra focus on hips ☺️) I definitely awoke from Savasana with that ‘yoga drunk’ feeling!
