We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is dually certified, with expertise in treating both children and couples. This position involves providing evidence-based therapy in an outpatient setting, focusing on a diverse range of mental health concerns while fostering healing and growth for individuals, families, and couples.

Qualifications include:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field; Active licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) and dual certification; Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting; Proven expertise in providing therapy to children, adolescents, and couples; Strong understanding of family systems, developmental psychology, and trauma-informed care; Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

This is an outpatient position in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment. Flexible scheduling options are available to meet client and therapist needs.

With over two decades of experience in the health and well-being field, Kurt is committed to helping individuals achieve their best mental health.

Kurt recognizes that everyone has unique needs and concerns. He tailors his approach to meet those individual requirements. Merrill High School’s Raise Your Voice Club along with
Tyler’s Playground and the National Alliance for Mental
Illness (NAMI) Northwoods is proud to share their second
annual “Raise Your Voice for Mental Health!” Walk. The
Raise Your Voice Club is a student-run organization at
Merrill High School that has a goal to raise awareness
about mental health, advocate for change, share resources,
and support others.

The walk will be held on Sunday, May 1st starting at the
MARC in Merrill, WI. The proceeds from this event will be
given to Tyler’s Playground, a play area along the River
Bend Trail dedicated to Tyler Holbach and NAMI
Northwoods. Both organizations support the RYV club

● Make a monetary donation in support of the walk. This can be
a general donation or for a specific item we are purchasing for
the walk (bags, granola bars, DJ for the event, etc.).
Your name would be included on a banner at the walk. A
donation can be made at https://bit.ly/ryvwalkdonation.
● Donate an item for the silent auction that we will have at the
event.
● Donate a specific item related to mental health to be put in
the giveaway bags. This could be some type of coping skill or
fidget or information about a mental health resource.
