Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to complete a series of checkpoints and earn your spy certification by going undercover to develop strong minds and bodies! Family Yoga – Miss Jess- Kiddin Around Yoga

Kiddin Around Yoga LLC with Miss Jess provides a nurturing environment for families to practice silly yoga poses, play fun and challenging yoga-style games, and learn simple partner poses, and techniques for feeling peace and joy together! This class promotes healthy self-esteem and body awareness. Miss Jess’s goal is to develop strong communication within families while learning to release tension and relax which helps keep the spirit bright and creative!

Miss Jess will teach drumming and families will have the opportunity to explore rhythm patterns and create new beats together.

Kiddin’ Around Yoga with Miss Jess provides a great way for your child to unwind after a long school day. In a non-competitive and nurturing environment, your child will practice silly asana sequences, play fun and challenging yoga style games, learn simple partner poses, and techniques for self-calming and stress relief. Thematic ideas such as peace, respect, gratitude & acceptance will be introduced through literature and discussion. This class provides a fun filled way to cultivate self-esteem and body awareness. Yoga style games refine
co-operation and listening skills. The goal is to develop strong minds and bodies while learning to release tension and relax which helps keep the spirit bright and creative!
