Our Sacred Circle originally planned for Sunday, May 17th will be postponed.

As many of you know, we are in the process of moving locations at the end of this month. Between the transition, preparations for the move, and other behind-the-scenes shifts unfolding right now, we have decided to take the month of May to regroup, prepare, and create space for this next chapter.

We are deeply grateful for your understanding, patience, and continued support during this time of transition. 💛

Happy Thursday ✨

Lately I’ve been feeling really called to begin offering more intentional body movement classes—and I’d love your input.

These classes would be centered around slow, mindful movement to help you reconnect with what’s happening inside your body. I’d weave together gentle yoga, kundalini-inspired practices, breathwork, and mantra to create a space for grounding, release, and deeper awareness.

This isn’t about performance or “doing it right”—it’s about tuning in, listening, and allowing your body to guide the experience.

I’m exploring offering these either:
• In-person (more intimate, limited space)
• Virtually (more accessible and flexible)

Would this be something you’d be interested in?

I embrace my crazy! Honestly I wouldn't have it any other way. Each day I do my best to show up authentically me. The world needs that, stop trying to impress others, care what they think, when we go against our own internal belief we are supressing ourselves. We must learn to love ourselves, fully and deeply! Only you can be the change you wish to see in the world! 💜💫
