I am excited to introduce my 8-week strength training program that is Mindy-approved 🙂. Structured, multi‑week program that helps clients build muscle, improve endurance, and feel stronger in their daily lives. Clients start the program when ready.

About the program: 💪
-Monday: Upper Body (chest/back/core)
-Tuesday: Lower Body
-Wednesday: Rest day
-Thursday: Upper Body (Shoulders/Arms/Core)
-Friday: Lower Body

The biggest barrier most people face with goal‑setting is taking on too much, too fast. Our intentions are strong, but when the goals aren’t realistic, it often leads to frustration, burnout, or that all‑or‑nothing mindset.
