Happy Birthday to Leeroy! Lee was happy to celebrate with lunch and a tasty cake at El Tequila Salsa. We even had a quick stop over to the old State Park Speedway grounds to bring back happy memories of watching races 🏁

The last couple of weeks have been full of Halloween festivities! Huge thank you to Wausau Metro Adult Special Olympics for hosting a Halloween party where MRCS's very own Jamie won 1st place for the best witch costume 🧙‍♀️ Reynolds, Hamilton, and Prospect had a spooktacular good time at their combined Halloween party, which was complete with games, costumes, tricks, and a whole lot of treats! 🍬👻🎃

A beautifully warm October Friday night spent at the Monk Botanical Gardens for their Garden at Twilight event! We enjoyed the parade of scarecrows, the sparkling lights, and some treats along our stroll 🍂👩‍🌾

A successful camping trip right after labor day! We were lucky enough to sneak in a few hours of boating and had beautiful weather ⛺️🌲🚤

A very successful Labor Day last week! On Sunday, a few of our residents took a trip out to a farm, met some cows, and picked their own corn for grilling. Our very own Lee put together a float and flew his flags proud in the parade while some of our other residents showed their support from the sidelines. We hope everyone had just as great of a labor day as we did here at MRCS!
