God designed your body for it. Today, give yourself permission to slow your pace. Put your phone in another room, make a simple meal, take a short walk, breathe 4 in and 6 out, read a few verses, close your eyes for ten minutes.

When you become quiet, stress hormones settle, digestion improves, and your heart has room to hear God.

Be still, even for a little while, and let your body and soul recover. 🙏
