As the heart of mental health care across Marathon, Lincoln, and Langlade counties, our Outpatient Team shows up every day with compassion, energy, and commitment to support individuals and families on their journey toward healing and hope.

While Mental Health Month gives us a special opportunity to raise awareness, for our Outpatient Team, every day is dedicated to mental health care. We’re grateful for the difference they make in our communities all year long!

Looking for a nursing role where you can lead, connect, and make a lasting impact? At North Central Health Care, our RNs at Mount View Care Center provide compassionate, person-centered care while playing a key leadership role on the unit.

In this position, you’ll coordinate and deliver skilled nursing care, complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support resident health and quality of life. You’ll also serve as a charge nurse—guiding staff, supporting daily operations, and helping create a safe, positive, and homelike environment.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with evening and overnight shifts available, including 2:00pm–10:00pm, 6:00pm–6:00am, and 10:00pm–6:00am. Starting pay ranges from $40.02–$43.58 per hour, plus a $1.50 - $2.50 shift differential depending on shift.
