Stewart Optical is a fun eye care team that seeks to add an Optician/Team Player in a leading, busy optometry practice. Previous experience is a PLUS but willing to train the right individual that’s motivated to start learning. This is an excellent career opportunity. Candidates must have attention to detail, be customer focused, can multi-task, possess a willingness to learn, and fast paced.

As an optician, your role is to ensure our patients have an outstanding eye care experience that exceeds their expectations. Opticians assist the doctor by performing routine eye tests, using exam equipment, recording patient histories, ordering contact lenses, and more.

Ability to deliver great customer experience and professionalism in any environment.
You have a positive attitude, demonstrate a thirst for knowledge, and have a drive for success.

Strong communication skills that let you converse as freely and comfortably with small groups as with individual customers.

You have strong people skills — you're approachable, a good listener, and empathetic.

Good computer skills and attention to detail to insure all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
