Please note deep tissue work is taking a break from my service menu. I am happy to provide focus work on areas that need it but will not be doing deep tissue techniques or pressure. Fijian Barefoot Massage is a great alternative!

Let’s talk Reiki -

Reiki 1 is a great start point for the people that want to know more about chakras, intuition and how energy healing can help with some very real things in your life. (Think stress, fatigue, anxiety, sleep issues, headaches, general pain - thats a short list!)

Chances are if you have been on my table, you have first hand experienced what Reiki feels like and the benfits of it.

Guess what?!?!

Anyone can learn how to give Reiki and when you register for Reiki 1 - you will leave knowing how to give yourself Reiki and how to give Reiki to someone in close proximity.

A workbook (with diagrams!) and handout are also provided. This is a really fun class to teach and I would love to have a room full!
