I often get asked how regularly I get massage, attend workshops and do programs like my women’s program.

Essentially do I practice what I preach?

Yep…. Sure do.

Massage….. there’s times I go every couple weeks when I need focused work, especially when I’m busy with clients but theres times life pushes it to every 6-8 weeks. But I average out about every 4-5 weeks.

I am attending a workshop this weekend taught by my mentor from Peru centered around soul retrieval - bringing back a persons healed essense when there has been a traumatic event. I will get to gather with a group of great people, many that I know from other workshops and trips, and spend the weekend listening, learning and integrating. The mountains of Peru have also been calling to me to return, especially since I have stepped into a teaching/mentor role with my shamanic womens program.

I get to co-lead a group of ladies to dig crystals in Arkansas this fall and host a local retreat in Crivitz next spring. It is so much fun to plan and see the smiling faces of attendees. It has been such an awesome experience so far and Im looking forward to whats ahead.
