We will not be able to see patients that have Buckeye Community Health Plan as of September 1st, 2024! This includes the dual eligible Mycare by Buckeye! please contact selection services
@ 1-800-324-8680 to change your insurance coverage!!!

You have to notify them ASAP so your new insurance coverage will be in effect September 1st, 2024!
