Every October, athletes from around the world head to Kona for one of the toughest tests of endurance — the Ironman World Championship.

Our team was there behind the scenes helping athletes recover, move, and perform at their best.

It’s a reminder that recovery isn’t about slowing down — it’s about unlocking your next level of performance.

Back home, that’s what we do every day at Front Runner.

I’m not crying, you’re crying! This was such an incredible moment to witness first hand. She popped over to the ART tent before race day and she was so excited to race.

❄️ Calling all local artists! ❄️

I’m looking for a Tosa-area artist to create a hand-painted winter window scene at Front Runner Chiropractic — something classic, eye-catching, and full of movement + health + holiday spirit.

Think: sledding, skating, snowshoeing — anything that shows motion and energy while keeping a cozy vintage winter vibe.

The artwork will run along the bottom 3–4 feet of the windows, up by Thanksgiving weekend (Black Friday) and stay through the holidays.

💰 Small paid project ($150–$200 range)
📍 Village of Wauwatosa

Met athletes from all over the world this week — each with their own story, grit, and reason for showing up. It’s been a full schedule (and early mornings with the little one!), but what a reminder of why we do what we do.
