💬 "Caregiving is one of the most important—and most overlooked—roles in our society."

PBS's documentary "Caregiving" takes a powerful look at the emotional, financial, and everyday realities faced by caregivers across the country.

At PremierFMS, we believe in honoring and empowering caregivers through self-directed care—a model that gives families the ability to choose their own support systems.

🎥 Watch the film. Share your story. And learn how self-direction can help you take control of your care journey.

In home care, freedom means having a say in your support. Self-direction lets you choose who helps you and how.

As we celebrate Black History Month, PremierFMS recognizes and honors the impactful contributions of Black advocates who have dedicated themselves to advancing the rights and inclusivity of individuals with disabilities.

Wilma Rudolph defied the odds to become an Olympic champion and a trailblazer for social change.

After being diagnosed with polio and scarlet fever as a child, she overcame physical challenges to win three gold medals in track and field at the 1960 Olympics, earning the title “fastest woman in the world.”

Refusing to attend a segregated homecoming parade, she used her platform to advocate for equality. Her legacy lives on through her contributions to sports, education, and civil rights.
