📣 We are proud to announce that we now have a family workstation thanks to a grant from the Public Library Association 🙌🏼

This station will allow a secure workspace while the toddler or baby plays safely next to the parent, grandparents or babysitter.

We look foward to everyone taking advantage of this new Family Workstation space.

A recent study by our InfantRisk Center team has shown that the medication buspirone (buspar), commonly used for anxiety, has minimal transfer into breast milk. This means that the risk to your breastfed infant is exceedingly low when used in appropriate dosages.

This is amazing! And puts a new perspective on human babies being placed immediately on mom and allowed to self crawl to the breast and the length of recommended breastfeeding duration.
