The mission of Life Navigators is to improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.

Our Services Include:

Information and Education
Provides a variety of services that impact individuals with disabilities and their families. Search our Online Resource Guide for information on over 300 community resources. Self-Advocacy and Independence
Organizes opportunities for kids and adults to participate in community outings, educational trainings and volunteer opportunities. Trust Program
Offers planning assistance for the financial and service needs of individuals with disabilities to create bright futures. Guardianship
Secures the health, safety and happiness of individuals with disabilities who may not have a family member to provide this essential monitoring and support. Family Support
Connects families of kids and adults with disabilities to community resources and programs. Care Management Unit
Coordinates long-term care services for individuals with disabilities.

Our friends at the Wauwatosa Public Library are creating a new community group for men! Be a part of their first Men’s Shed outing. This group will meet on Wednesday, January 21st, at the Wauwatosa Library from 10 am to 12 pm. The Men’s Shed is a place where men can get together, stay active, and share what they know. From our online resource guide to our telephone helpline, we strive to create an environment for kids and adults with disabilities and their families to stay updated on information about their rights and life.

As the seasons start to change and colder weather arrives, more than ever, individuals with disabilities need hygiene supplies to stay healthy. Your support of our allows us to keep our consumers healthy and happy during winter. These drives are run by community groups, schools, churches, businesses, etc, and are greatly appreciated by our consumers. We want to thank all of our staff, donors, friends, and consumers who made 2025 one of the most successful years yet! We matched our record year at our Challenger Event, raising over $500,000. We also hosted full-capacity events every month, ensuring we keep people connected within the community. We once again thank everyone involved with making Life Navgiators amazing. We hope 2026 will be as awesome as 2025!

OFFICE UPDATE: Please note that our office will be closed on Wednesday, December 31st, Thursday, January 1st, and Friday, January 2nd, so our staff can celebrate the New Year’s Holiday.
