Watch your mail. You may get a letter from DHS asking you to fill out and return the survey. You can return survey response comments by mail to DHS in the envelope included. You can also scan the QR code and follow instructions to fill out the survey online.

Do you know what a UV Index (UVI) is? It’s a number that tells you how strong the sun’s ultraviolet (UV) rays are. Why is it important? Because exposure to UV rays can damage your skin and eyes if you don’t use proper protection, like sunscreen, sunglasses, hats and clothing. The scale runs from 1 to 11+, and the higher the UV rating for the day, the more sun protection is needed if you’re going to be outdoors. You can check the UVI in your area each day on your smartphone’s weather app or online: https://www.weather.gov/ilx/uv-index
