You don’t need a full hour to move your body—just a little intention 💭

Set a timer each hour and give yourself a quick reset:
✨ 10 squats
✨ 10 leg lifts
✨ Side body stretches
✨ Or whatever movement feels good

It all adds up. And don’t forget—getting outside for a walk is one of the simplest ways to boost your energy, circulation, and mood.

To honor the time, energy, and preparation our instructors pour into every class, we may cancel sessions 1 hour prior if no one is signed up. Many of our instructors travel and thoughtfully prepare to create a meaningful experience, and this helps us care for them the same way we care for you. 🤍

✨If you’re planning to come, sign up ahead of time so we can hold that space for you.

Starting April 1, prices will be increasing as we continue to grow and support everything that goes into this space + community. A 10 pack of classes will now be $210 and a 20 pack will now be $380.
