The benefits of gardening are similar to a great yoga practice! Connecting to yourself & nature can lower your heart rate, deepen your breathing and calm your nervous system!
Today I added a little harvesting to my gardening routine. After these dry, I’ll have calendula for skin care, yarrow for first aide, bee balm and hyssop for respiratory health. ✨🌈Happy to share the products I make with you and your family when we need them most this fall and winter!
