It’s your session, not ours. Our feelings are not hurt, and you are not being difficult if when you need something adjusted during a session. It’s ok to not have a specific goal or focus every time you’re here. We’re not judging if you asked for deep tissue on your back but find it to be too much when working your legs. We love communication and feedback! Let us know!

A good read from National Geographic.
In my experience, it seems like certain “areas of concern” come in waves. One week will be all hips, then next all necks and then there’s this one. Mostly women, and they can’t raise one of their shoulders without pain or restriction. I recently had a week that seemed to be all restricted shoulders. No fun. If you can relate, this article is a worthwhile read. Talk to your doctor, see your PT, and then see your Massage Therapists. (It’s one of my favorites to work on)
