When Heat Haven started we wanted to find a sauna hat that embodied a bit of who we are and who we wanted to be...

We wanted a one of a kind hat made in the USA, from up-cycled materials, and filled with personality.

When we couldn't find what we were looking for we decided it was time to engage an expert. Thats when Jesse convinced a crafty little lady in Minnesota to create a hat that we would be proud to sell at Heat Haven.

Löyly Lids are hand made in the USA, from up-cycled bath towels, and not a single hat is the same. We love them and we are so glad you do too.

Right now you can only buy these hats at Heat Haven. That's because the lady who makes them is Jesse's mom and she doesn't know how to build a website yet. 🤷‍♂️ One day she will get there.

We roast a lot of marshmallows at Heat Haven Sauna Park... and we love it. That's because anyone is always invited to come hang by the fire and roast a marshmallow, free of charge. No Sauna session needed. All ages welcome. Just hang, warm up, and enjoy being outside. Even on warm spring days!

The Easter Break was nice, but the Sunday Sauna Social is back this Sunday. Yoga and Sauna, the perfect candy-free activity (unless you want candy then have it) for a beautiful reset before the next week.

Here’s a new one! Improvisational fiction by the fire. Come to the sauna park Saturday 4/4 and during your session you will chat with author, and all around delightful human, David Haznaw, who will provide wit and storytelling based on his interactions with YOU.

All the conversations culminating in a full story David will write on site. At the end, everyone comes together and listens in for David’s tale! You don’t want to miss this fun, interactive and healthy experience. Tickets are live at heathaven.co

Our best good friend aka Erin Brady is back in the park Friday night. Heat Haven After Dark is the evening version of a Sunday Sauna Social. Be healthy, be wealthy n take a selfie we wanna see ya!
