👏🎉 Congratulations to our team members who earned their PAC Certification! We’re excited to bring this programming to our community and celebrate the positive impact it will make. 💙

What does it take to support those living with dementia? For us, it starts with education, empathy, and a commitment to grow every day.

We’re proud to celebrate ten of our team members who earned certifications from Positive Approach to Care (PAC); a nationally recognized program founded by dementia care expert Teepa Snow. PAC training builds real-world skills to improve communication, reduce stress, and deepen trust with those experiencing cognitive change.

🎓 Here’s who earned their PAC credentials: Champion Teachers: Tom Bosley, Brian Goldstein, Sally Kolcun, Christina Leith, Stephanie Williams; Coaches: Jessica DiBari, Danielle Lamar, Demi Nega, Cammy Sagraves; Trainer: Areasa Owens.

These aren’t just certifications, they’re tools for stronger human connection.

Bristol Village was happy to host the Scioto Valley Amateur Radio Club in the world wide Ham Radio Field Day. This event was a practice and fun contest for Ham Radio operators. The purpose is to practice procedures needed for emergency operation in case of an emergency. Also participating was the Pike County Emergency Management Communications Trailer. Although this event has a serious purpose , it is also a social aspect with a fun contest to see who can talk to the most participants via radio across the US and the world. Preliminary estimates were that they finished in the top 10% of all participants, as well as having a great time.

National Church Residences Bristol Village and our incredible Senior Services team joined forces to host a day full of joy—from a spirited parade through the village to a delicious cookout, fun games, and lots of laughter.

☀️ Block 3 Summer Picnic Fun! 🧺🌳

Block 3 kicked off the summer with a joyful picnic at the Melligan Shelter House! It was a beautiful day filled with great food, laughter, and warm welcomes.

We were especially excited to meet several new residents and start the season with new friendships and good company. 💛
