Chiropractic Simplified :) If your flower's stem starts to lean/ bend, the nutrients aren't flowing through properly and the health of your plant diminishes.
If you have misalignments (subluxations) in your spine, the nervous system is in distress, dysregulation, and your body doesn't function optimally. Happy Traveling Tabata Tuesday!!!
Today's movements are for when you travel by car, train, air. Whichever mode you choose. These can help to avoid stiffness, swelling, and better circulation.
1. Jumping Jack's or Hops
2. Arm swings Up/Down or side to side
3. Calf raises
4. Body squats
5. Lunges
6. Seated/standing Torso Rotation
7. Seated toe touches

While in car....
1. Calf raises
2. Ankle rotations, circles and up/down
3. Chin tucks and raises
4. Knee lifts

Just pick a few to do 5-10 of at every stop or when you feel stiff in the car.

Happy Tabata Tuesday!! Good morning my beautiful friends!!!
Today's routine is all about mobility to help you move better. A high percentage of people have poor mobility and i hope this video will help you get started on moving better.
1. Standing pull downs
2. Downward Facing dog, heels up and down. Use step to elevate if needed
3. Cat and Cow
4. Standing knee lifts with external rotation
5. Standing Windmills
6. Bonus, Deep Squat, hold for 10 sec to start working up to 5 mind a day!!!

Don't let any of these exercises scare you!! We are all capable of more mobility!!!

Happy Tabata "Tricep" Tuesday!!
Today's routine is solely focused on our Triceps. This is a 3 piece muscle group on the back side of our upper arm. Helps stabilize the shoulder and straighten the elbow. We use this for daily functions, getting out of chair, opening doors, pushing stoller, any pushing movement.

1. Lying Tricep extension (skull crushers)
2. Seated Tricep press
3. Resistance band pull down
4. Tricep dips
5. Pushing downs

You can do this as full sets, break it i to 2 sets, do each exercise individually.
