Think about how sounds, textures, exercise, movement, smells, light, and other input can affect your mood. Sensory dysregulation is the result of either too much or too little stimulation for best functioning or self-regulation.

Local businesses will be handing out candy and goodies along Bremer Avenue, so don your favorite costume and bring a bag for treats! 🍬

As you plan your downtown trick-or-treat route, we kindly ask families to help keep foot traffic moving clockwise along both sides of Bremer Avenue for a smoother experience. Check out the map on the graphic and follow the direction of the red arrows to stay on course!
