Thompson - A visitation for Jean will be held on Friday, February 6, 2026, at Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly beginning at 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and also on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at the Waverly United Methodist Church at 10:00 A.M. until the time of the memorial service at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. David Spencer officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to either the Humphreys County Public Library or the Waverly United Methodist Church's Prayer Shawl Ministry.

Our little helpers took advantage of being out of school. They picked out a Christmas movie and helped us decorate the tree here at the funeral home. We are so blessed for these quiet days that we get to enjoy the company of these little babies and all that they do and mean to us.
