New Year! New Permanent Location! In just a few short weeks we will be moving into our brand-new PERMANENT LOCATION at 1500 10th Ave SW, Waverly. By February 19, 2026, your medical records, upcoming appointments, and insurance information will be securely stored and managed at our new permanent location. No action is required on your part — everything will be ready for you when you arrive. Access to the new office is through the dental parking lot, which is located one driveway to the west of our former location.

We will continue to see patients at our TEMPORARY LOCATION, 805 W. Bremer Ave, thru February 16th.

We truly appreciate your patience and support throughout this move and can’t wait to welcome you into our new space!

We are providers for most vision and medical health plans including Medicare, BCBS, United Healthcare, Spectera, VSP, and Avesis.

We also offer services for the management of glaucoma, diabetes, cataracts, and macular degeneration. Our optical offers complete pairs of eyeglasses, including single vision lenses and frames. We also offer a huge selection of designer eyeglass frames, all at an affordable price.
