We want to PACK the studio for the last days of us being open! That is why from now until November 28th, any classes booked online will be only $5!

Hit up the last classes before they are gone! Our instructors would all love to see you there!

(Note that there will be no refunds. However, you can transfer your class to another class at least 1 hour prior to class.)

Yes, the stories are true. Katalyst Yoga had an opportunity to sell the building that we are currently located in and we took it.

As of November 28th, Katalyst will close its doors after four years of being able to practice with so many amazing people. But like the post says, it isn't goodbye...it's see you later. All of our instructors have a passion for sharing their practice and they wouldn't be able to NOT teach, so I am sure you will see all of us soon enough.

We will have some fun classes coming up in November and if you have any class passes, please use them up, so we can see you all. We will add as many classes as we can to the schedule, including everyone's favorite, our Hot Turkey Day Gratitude Practice. Keep an eye out here and at our scheduler online to come have one final practice at the studio. We would love to see each and every one of you on the mat...even if you haven't joined us before.

I am sure that there will be lots of questions and some of which I will have no answers, but we will try to answer them as much as possible. Feel free to

What this also means is that after November you get to do yoga with all of our amazing friends like New Dawn Yoga, Balance - Hot Yoga Studio and Gray Lane Yoga.

Thank you for all of the love and support. We couldn't have done it without your time, energy and encouragement. For that, we are forever grateful.
