Meet Our Team: Coach Parker!
Physique Trainer / Nutrition Coaching Expert / Speed & Agility Coach
Hey guys, my name is Coach Parker! I grew up in Kerrville, Tx, where I spent my early years working with speed and agility specialists, as well as strength and conditioning trainers, in order to perfect my craft and excel in football and track. Throughout that experience, and as a result of the success that came my hard work, I fell in love with the process of training, and working toward a fitness-related goal. It quickly became my passion, and is something that I never quit pursuing.
I studied nutrition at the University of Texas, where I learned safe and efficient methods for losing weight, gaining and maintaining muscle mass, and improving quality of life through clean eating.
Like everyone does at some point or another, I’ve experienced my fair share of trials and tribulations throughout life, and nothing has done more for my mental and physical health than treating my body properly, through sufficient nutrition and adequate exercise. Nothing is more rewarding than achieving success through individual hard work and grit. Though it may seem daunting, especially when a goal is perceivably further away than what you think you’re capable of working toward or achieving, fitness-related success is solely dependent on one’s level of commitment and dedication to achieving the best version of him or herself.
PresFit will give you everything that you need in order to succeed, and we as coaches will do everything in our power to assist you along the way! I am NASM Certified in Personal Training, Nutrition, and Performance Enhancement in Sports. I have a passion for preparing middle and highschool- level athletes for their desired sport(s), with just as much experience working with clients toward a specified, personal fitness goal.
My past experiences with injury and recovery, which includes physical therapy after complete knee reconstructive surgery, also prepared me for clients looking to develop, improve, and maintain balance and fundamental stability/strength throughout different stages of life. I look forward to assisting you on this journey, and will do all that I can to help ensure your success! Let’s get it.
