Hi Everyone, I am closing my birth center, and going into retirement after 30 plus years in this amazing field!

We are having a closing sale with lots of items that could be the perfect fit for you.

We have a couple big furniture items that will need some love, and a ton of birthing supplies that could help medical professionals and aspiring midwives.

The sale starts the 27th of March at the birthing center Born 2 B A Blessing! 8am to 6pm.

Announcing Retirement!

It is with heartfelt emotions that we announce the retirement of our beloved midwife, Terry Gyde, CPM. This month, Terry will allow her midwifery license to expire as she steps into an exciting new chapter of her life. After many years of selfless service to the Ellis County and DFW communities, Terry has made the joyful decision to embrace a well-earned retirement, dedicating more time to her family, especially with the upcoming arrival of twin grand babies!
Terry has been a steadfast pillar in the birthing community for over 30 years. She became a licensed midwife in 2004, and moved from Ohio to serve families in our Texas community in 2012. With over 1,000 babies delivered, Terry has supported and empowered countless families through some of the most significant moments of their lives. Her knowledge, kindness, and compassionate presence have left a lasting impact on all who’ve had the privilege of working with her.
While we will miss Terry’s expertise and the warm, reassuring presence she’s brought to our community, we are overjoyed for the new adventures she’ll be taking on—particularly the special joy of being a grandma!
Please join us in wishing Terry all the best as she embarks on this new journey. She will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we can’t wait to hear about all the beautiful memories she’ll make with her growing family.
Thank you, Terry, for your years of unwavering service and dedication. You have been a true blessing to so many, and we wish you peace, happiness, and all the love in this exciting next chapter!
As Terry transitions into retirement, Born2BaBlessing Birth Center’s licensed midwife associates will continue to care for clients through March, assisting in transferring care to the provider of each client’s choice. Our doors will be closing at the end of March.
We also want to express our heartfelt thanks to the entire community for your unwavering love and support throughout these years. You have filled this chapter with so much love and lasting memories.

Midwife Terry is an amazing midwife full of love, care, and compassion. She has some amazing intuition that is God directed. She loves Jesus first, and this then translates to her clients. She is very proficient yet very humble and great at seeing the needs of her clients and making sure that they have a safe, amazing birth experience. I'd choose her for my midwife if I was having a baby! I've had the privilege to work alongside her in helping her clients and their babies, which has been such a blessing!

As a midwife, one of the most beautiful moments I witness is the involvement of fathers during the birth process. It’s truly a blessing to see the love and support they provide.
