I potted up these Tomatoes last week. This is 50 of the 200 I've started 🤪

They've been out in the greenhouse, protected from most of the elements. If it dips below 33 I'll need to bring these back inside for a night though.

They do so well with the warmth and full sun in this greenhouse. Many of these will be planted in our future You-Pick garden for this spring/early summer picking. The others will be for sale and ready to go in the ground by the middle of March.

Get your garden beds ready!!

It's so good y'all for that little crunch, a little heat, and a lot of punch to whatever you are cookin' up this weekend!

Y'all make this, it's so good!

It's creamy, lemony, chicken with white beans and artichokes. High in fiber, even more served over a yummy grain like Farro or brown rice.

Chicken breasts or thighs
Artichokes, quartered
White beans, 2 cans for a family of 6
Lots of spinach/baby kale
Cream sauce = a block of cream cheese, 1/2cup-3/4cups Greek yogurt or skyr. You could sub cottage cheese or sour cream for that combo as well. Plus the zest and juice of 1 lemon, garlic, and a little broth to thin out the sauce.
Top with Parmesan and bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes

You're taste buds will be happy!
