Struggling to fall asleep because your mind won’t stop racing?
You’re not alone. Sleep anxiety is real, and it can be exhausting.

Try these gentle tips to calm your system before bed:

🛁 1. Create a wind-down ritual
Think: warm herbal tea, dim lights, a short gratitude journal. Let your body know it’s time to rest.

📴 2. Unplug 1 hour before bed
Blue light from screens disrupts melatonin. Swap Netflix for a book, soft music, or gentle stretches.

🧘‍♀️ 3. Try “4-7-8” breathing
Inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8. This slows the heart rate and quiets anxious thoughts.

🌿 4. Support with herbs
Ashwagandha, chamomile, or warm golden milk can help ground the nervous system.

🕯️ 5. Reframe bedtime thoughts
Instead of “I have to sleep,” try “I’m giving myself space to rest, even if sleep comes slowly.”
