Yes , most sunscreens are full of terrible awful cancer causing ingredients , but skin cancer runs in my family and y’all can argue that the toxic lotions cause the cancer all you want , but babyyy- wrinkles run in my family too !!!! I’d like to avoid both- so I use natural non nano zinc sunscreens on me and my kiddos. Sorry , not sorry 🤷‍♀️

Spring has sprung!!! ☀️ the allergies are awful , but my syrup is fresh !! Also - there’s some virus going around the schools right now too 🙃awesome , love that for us. But no fear , Just made this batch yesterday , as always with local honey !! Come and get it , folks !

33 years old today 🎈
Getting older is definitely weird (and scary!) sometimes, but the self awareness and change that comes with it is pretty cool. The past year has had its ups and downs like any other year , but I’ve changed a lot and learned a lot.

I’m working on trying to avoid the debilitating nightly mom guilt and remind myself we’re growing up and learning things together— remembering that I cannot pour from an empty cup and also , that children deserve apologies when the parent is wrong just as much as adults deserve them.

I’ve always considered myself a pretty nonjudgmental person , but over the past year , I’ve truly learned that someone doesn’t have to have a lot in common with you or be like you or have the same beliefs or interests as you in order to connect with them. No one is better than anyone else and connecting with as many people as we can in life is a great thing. Sometimes those connections last for 5 minutes , a couple months or a lifetime- whatever they are meant to be will be. I’ve realized how deeply others opinions of you are rooted in their traumas and insecurities. There is absolutely no one like you in the world and you should never dull yourself or be less for anyone. When you feel judgement from someone it is 100% a them problem- keep doing you and the ones worth having around will stick around and give you love. 🖤

And as always , thank you to my customers for another great year !!! Y’all mean the absolute world to me !!!
