Hello ! I have added a virtual option to my Monday morning 9:30am Qigong class, so if you can’t make it out to Waxhaw but would still like to participate, you can attend via Zoom.

Qigong brings ease of movement and grace to the body and peace and contentment to the mind and heart. The movements are unique, fun, and interesting to learn and have many health benefits. Qigong is highly regarded as a preventative therapy to preserve good health and for its potential to strengthen the body’s natural ability to heal when faced with an injury or illness.

An evening class is also available in Indian Land on Mondays at 6:30pm - in person only. New students are welcome to try a free class at either location.

Today was the last day of my 67th year. So happy to get out in nature and practice this new Tai Chi form that was taught by the lovely Corrine Chaves at the 2025 National Qigong Association conference. It is called Double Dragon Dives into the Sea. Here is a preview...Love, Peace, and Healing to all!

Finding Balance.....is more than being able to stand on one foot! It's about creating balance in all aspects of life. The unique movements of Tai Chi are interesting to learn and create a sense of harmony between body and mind.

Tai Chi is one of the best styles of exercise for fall prevention. The movements are done standing to build muscle mass and bone strength especially in the legs. Gentle stepping is done front to back, side to side, and diagonally. Strength is built in a no impact way that is gentle on the joints.

Moving mindfully with Tai Chi improves coordination and posture and relieves the draining effects of mental and emotional stress.

Weekly Tai Chi classes suitable for beginners are available in the beautiful Community Room located at 1040 Edgewater Corporate Parkway in Indian Land. All are welcome to try a free class or request a free consult. Reply or DM with questions or to request more information. Registration is available here: https://forms.office.com/r/Bt7TKpiPhb
