Ensign Family Medicine - Dr. Shad A. Stormant, MD Dr. Shad Stormant, MD is a board certified family medicine physician. He is committed to the highest standards in providing quality care to the whole family.

He received his medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at the Medical Center of Central GA/ Mercer University Residency Program in Macon, GA. Dr. Stormant is a husband and father of three who believes families are the most important part of our community.

Let's do a Meet the Staff.

Left to right:

Rami: Chances are you have already met or spoken to our friendly receptionist! She is amazing and stays busy managing all of the many front desk duties! She always greets you with a smile and the friendliest voice you've ever heard.

Sherri: the absolute sweetest MA who we all adore! You will never see Sherri without a smile on her face. She is always thinking of others and never lets an opportunity slip away to give the kindest compliments. She cares so much for our patients and it shows!

LiLi: Dr. Stormant and Sarah's niece, who we had a pleasure to have at the office during the summertime. LiLi always brightens everyone's day! She is kind-hearted and a hard worker. We have loved having her around.

Marley: Our cute pup that has roamed the office for the past several months has become a favorite with our patients. You can usually find her napping the work day away.

Our caring Dr. Stormant, who we all know and love, beside his wife, Sarah, who is also the office manager of Ensign. Their goal has always been to set a new standard. To give patients the quality of care they look for in a family doctor. Together, they built Ensign Family Medicine.

Dallin: The newest face in the office. He is the nephew of Dr. Stormant and Sarah and is a senior in high school this year. He's a friendly face and we are excited about putting him to work!

Casey: She is a hardworking and caring nurse and takes great care of our patients. Casey is also mom to our Kensley and Marley, as well as sister, aunt, niece, cousin to every patient or person that enters our office. Casey makes you feel like family here whether you want to or not.

Kensley: A great asset to our team. She is a CNA and is currently attending nursing school. She is up to any and every task you give her and always does a phenomenal job at it.

Brandi: She is a very personable nurse. So easy to speak with that you feel like you've known her forever. She cares very much for our patients and we are so happy she is part of our team. If you want a good laugh, listen to her keep Casey in line...it's a full time job!

School has begun and we are going to miss seeing our LiLi around the office! She instantly brightens everyone's day. Our staff came together and threw her a "back to school" and "we're going to miss you party!" We wish you a wonderful school year, LiLi!!
