As of June 30, 2025 we no longer have a brick and mortar office. We are completely telehealth services via Doxy.me platform. We are only seeing patients on Thursdays and Fridays from 6pm to 9pm with last appointment at 8pm. We are saving to reopen an office at a later date building from the ground up. We do primary care, sick visits and weight loss. If you need an appointment call and leave a message or text any time and someone will get back to you, You can also send a message through the contact us page on our website.

We are doing a Juneteenth Sale for our Weight Loss Program. Once you have had your consultation you can use a scratch off percentage discount on the weight loss product that is right for you.
