For many years, Nurse April has been the heartbeat of SEGP. She supplies our office with endless laughs, shenanigans, wisdom, and compassion to patients, family, and friends. She is the first one in the office and the last one to leave. She encourages those around her and takes intentional time to provide the greatest care to patients. And on top of all of this, she has been working tirelessly as a student to continue her education and reach a lifelong goal of hers!

Students are almost out of school! 👏🎊 This winter break is a perfect time to bring your child in for a comprehensive wellness check!

In a wellness check, our providers examine examine: physical health, growth & development, behavioral & mental health, routine screenings, preventative care, immunization statuses, and any other question or concern you may have! ✨

Pediatric wellness checks are extremely important & recommended for patients from newborn to 21 years of age. If you have questions about the wellness check schedule, feel free to call us at (912) 387-0445! 🥰
