Harborview Satilla is conveniently located near Memorial Satilla Health in Waycross, Georgia, and we also accept referrals from other area hospitals and hospice facilities. We are one of the few Georgia facilities that also offer VA services for our military veterans. Harborview Satilla is perfect for all residents’ needs, ranging from simple assistance with daily living and short term in-house rehabilitation to the most medically complex requirements.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Meet Mellisa Vail! 👋

Mellisa has been a dedicated member of the Harborview Satilla family for nearly 31 years. Starting as a CNA, she worked her way up and has proudly served as our Director of Environmental Services and Laundry for the past 10 years. 💼✨

During her time here, Mellisa even returned to school to earn her Bachelor of Science in Project Management — a true testament to her commitment and drive. 📚👏 Supported by her wonderful family and guided by great leadership, Mellisa says Harborview has become her second family. ❤️

Her passion for people and love for what she does truly shine through every day. Thank you, Mellisa, for your incredible dedication and heart! 💐

When Mrs. Hazel Ferguson arrived at Harborview Satilla, she was very weak and deconditioned, struggling to get out of bed due to back pain. Today, she conquered the stairs with a big smile! 😄

Mrs. Hazel shared, “I prayed and prayed, and God took my pain away. I’m here with some really great therapists that are helping me so much.” 🙏✨
