Peace of Mind Yoga

Peace of Mind Yoga I am a certified 200 RYT with Yoga Alliance. I provide beginner, gentle and mixed yoga classes as we Bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothing.

Please come 15 minutes early to complete intake form if it is your first time. All classes will cost $5.00 per session for the first two weeks (Sept 19th-Oct 1st). After that yoga classes will be $10.00 per session and exercise classes will be $5.00.
