~ New England Family Eye welcomes Dr. Amanda Whitbeck~
Dr. Whitbeck is a dedicated optometrist from Wichita, Kansas, with a passion for enhancing community health. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kansas in 2019, Dr. Whitbeck pursued advanced studies at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS) University, where she received a Doctor of Optometry in 2023. Continuing her commitment to public health, she also completed a Master of Public Health at MCPHS in 2024.

Dr. Whitbeck completed a residency in Ocular Disease at the
Wilmington, Delaware Veterans Affairs Medical Center from 2023 to 2024, where she received advanced training in the diagnosis and management of complex ocular conditions. Her clinical interests include comprehensive eye care, ocular disease management, and patient-centered care.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Whitbeck enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring new restaurants and local breweries, and relaxing at home with her cat, Milo.
