We have so many more volunteers than these pictures, it truly takes a village.

This afternoon we celebrated Shirley Temple since her birthday is this month.
We watched short clips on YouTube of her singing and dancing. She has quite the story.
Of course we also enjoyed animal crackers and Shirley Temple drinks.

Wayland Union High School Student Council, you are all awesome!! Thank you for hosting a “Prom” for us. Our afternoon was filled with conversations, laughter, dancing and games.
Their teacher shared that this was the students idea, they wanted to spend time with us.
They were in charge of everything from the decorations, food, beverages, games and music.
And let’s just say how polite and respectful these students are.
Thank you for a memorable day!
