If you’ve noticed that fat loss feels harder after menopause, especially around the midsection, you’re not imagining it. The body goes through real hormonal and metabolic shifts that change how fat is stored, how energy is used, and even how hungry you feel. The good news is that fat loss is sti...

Question I’m often asked...How often should you see the chiropractor? 🤔

A common guideline (supported by the ACA and other major chiropractic organizations) is to start with about 6 visits, then re-evaluate:
• 2x/week for 3 weeks
• OR 3x/week for 2 weeks
This isn’t a bad approach—it’s a solid way to see how your body responds and whether chiropractic care is helping.

Another simple way to decide is based on your pain level:
🔴 Pain 8–10 → 3x/week
🟠 Pain 5–7 → 2x/week
🟢 Pain 1–4 → 1x/week

And a third option—often overlooked:
If you’ve had chiropractic care before, you probably already know what works for you. Your past experience is valuable, and your care plan can reflect that. At the end of the day, the right frequency depends on your symptoms, your goals, and how your body responds. The key is reassessing and adjusting along the way 👍

The goal, as always, is for you to improve to the point that you need your doctor less and less.

P.S. I tried getting AI to make a nice graphic for this… still has a way to go 😂

A question people have been asking forever... solved 😁.

If you’ve ever had your back suddenly “go out” while doing something simple, like bending over or picking up a light object, you know how confusing it feels. It doesn’t seem to match the situation. How can such a small movement cause so much pain? The answer lies in how your spine stays stabl...

Topical pain relievers—also called topical analgesics or pain relief creams—are creams, gels, ointments, patches, or lotions you apply directly to the skin over sore muscles, joints, or areas affected by arthritis. They work locally at the site of pain with far less systemic exposure than oral m...

Wayne County bus drivers — DOT physicals are coming back around. The county is asking that they be completed sometime between April 1 and July 1.

I’ve attached a quick guide PDF to help drivers prepare for their exams. It covers the most common issues that come up during DOT physicals and how to avoid delays.

It’s not fully comprehensive, but the guide includes links to the official regulations and medical guidelines if your situation isn’t specifically covered.

If you have questions, feel free to call or message anytime.

Hey, just a quick heads-up...something weird has been going on with my business phone. I can receive calls and texts, but a bunch of voicemails were delayed, and all came through at once today. I’ve tried to respond to everything I can find, but if you reached out within the last week or so and didn’t hear back, I promise I wasn’t ignoring you.

Hopefully, the bug is now sorted out. If you need to get in touch, please call, text, or message me here on FB. I usually check at least once a day.

AT&T is my provider. Has anybody else had this problem before?

Whenever I visit a bookstore, I can’t resist heading straight to the health and wellness section. I’m a total nerd for this stuff. I usually browse the titles, looking for something that stands out. While I rarely come across new information, I believe it’s important to learn from as many sour...
