We provide staffing supports to people with physical/emotional and learning disabilities in their own homes or apartments in Wayne County, MI.

We are hiring Direct Care Workers, Trained or Untrained. You must be over the age of 18 years, have a high school diploma/GED. Must have a Michigan Driver's License and must be able to pass a criminal background check. If you are untrained, you must be available for training and you must successfully complete all training before you are able to be hired. We have full and part-time positions opens, all shifts. Supported Living Coordinator/Specialist is responsible for ensuring quality service delivery to each person served in their homes, via training, development and supervision of all employees under their direct supervision. This position requires the applicant to have at least one (1) year experience working in direct care and some experience supervising others. In addition, this person must have completed direct care worker training part one (1) with an acceptable company such as CLS or MORC. The certificate or other proof of completion will need to be submitted upon submission of your application. Minimum requirements for this position: you must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma/GED and have a valid Michigan driver's license. You must also have a flexible schedule that will allow you to commit to being on-call 24/7.
