Hey friends! Struggling with a stiff neck, nagging pain, or even headaches? 😩 It’s time to ditch the discomfort with a simple home stretch hack you NEED to know: the Upper Trap Stretch – with a twist!

💡 Here’s the deal:
We all know the classic upper trap stretch (you know, the one where you pull your head to the side). But did you know different head positions can target other sneaky muscles causing that stiffness? Let me break it down:

🎯 Middle Scalene Stretch:

Start with the usual upper trap stretch.
Now, turn your head toward the painful side and pull.
✨ Feel that? You’re targeting the middle scalene, often the REAL culprit behind neck pain.
🎯 Anterior Scalene Stretch:

Look straight ahead, turn slightly, and pull.
✨ Ahhh! This hits the anterior scalene, a common spot for tightness.
