Don’t be your own worst enemy. Make sure you know who your true enemies are. And remember, any friend of your enemy is your enemy too.

Good morning my Visionaries!

Today I decided to pull from my love notes deck. With Valentine’s Day coming I’ve been thinking a lot about love.

This is a great card and an excellent reminder of a really fun way to love yourself.

Do what you want. Be the pebble in the pond that ripples outward. Be the wave in the ocean that gets people wet. Let your ripples and your waves reach far and wide.

Don’t be afraid that what is fun and right and good for you is going to be judged or frowned upon by anyone else. And even if it is, do it anyway.

Be you! Be the you that you want to be! Do all the things that make you happy. And as all my friends know I always say, whoever doesn’t like it can go s**t in a hat.

And remember, being spiritually connected and metaphysically aware does not mean that you can’t have fun. Be big. Be bold. Be loud. Be raunchy. If that’s who you are be all of those things. And conversely, if you are quiet and introspective and a watcher, be that. Just be who you be, not who you think you should be or who anyone else thinks you should be.

Make some waves.

And have so much fun doing it.

Let’s begin today with some angel cards.

Your angels come through to remind you that it is the perfect time to begin taking better care of yourself.

To begin loving yourself.

To begin forgiving yourself for any moments on your path that you view as a mistake.

A mistake is just a mis-take. In the movie of your life it’s a bad take and you get to try again or move on to another scene.

And forgiveness is truly about loving yourself. Love is for-giving. Why don’t you give it to yourself as much as you give to everyone else?

Taking care of our bodies isn’t about trying to change them or trying to sculpt them like clay into what we perceive as the perfect shape and size for everyone else’s eyes.

It’s about loving the self enough to make choices that honor the skin we are in.

Our bodies are the living, breathing, experiential homes for our soul energy.

So you should be loving the s**t out of your body.

It allows your soul to feel and taste and see and breathe and touch and hug.

So do things that make your body feel good.

And do things that will keep it safe and strong so that it can continue to do things that feel good for a long, long time.

And remember, divine timing is nothing more than the time you begin to listen to your divine voice.

Start listening. Love yourself.

You are so, so worthy of being loved.

Good morning my Visionaries

Here’s a quickie past present future pull for you.

Recent past: You’re feeling out of balance, off kilter, you don’t know which end is up, you don’t know how to regain your footing, you’re a little bit frazzled but you’re faking it the best you can.

In the present: You’re lacking clarity. You’re so off-balance because there are things you don’t want to face, things you’re not ready to deal with, stuff you don’t want to know. Many of us walk through our day saying I’m fine, it’s fine, everything’s fine, when the reality is, we are so very far from fine. When we refuse to see things clearly, when we pretend things are not what they are, it might make it easier in the moment but in the long run it holds us back from doing the work and the growth and the healing that is necessary to regain our balance.

Moving forward: Something has to break. Something has to die. Something has to end. Only in endings do we find our new beginnings. And sometimes it is just as simple as seeing something so clearly that you have no option other than to let it go and release it so you can move on from it.

Open your eyes my friends. Don’t be afraid to see things for what they actually are and not what you wish or hope they would be. Call it what it is and do what you need to do with it.

Yes. You can.

And you will be so much better for it. You will, in fact, be just fine

Good morning my Visionaries

This morning I welcome a beautiful soul to my table for guidance and healing

But first, a card for all of us.

Have you ever felt stuck?
Trapped?
Paralyzed?

I have too.

I have a secret for you.

That feeling? It’s just fear.

Fear of change.

Fear of trying something new.

Fear of failure.

And honestly, it’s all bulls**t.

We all have the power to make choices that will propel us from one moment to the next.

We all have the power to stop what we are doing and do something different.

We all have the power to untangle the knots we have created on our path and free ourselves from what we are allowing to keep us bound.

And before you say you don’t know what I’m going through, I’m going to agree with you. I don’t. I do not walk your path. But I do know on my path, anytime I feel stuck or trapped or paralyzed, it’s because I am too s**t scared to listen to my inner voice and to do the things that will put me where I am meant to be next.

Yes, some paths are hard. And some things cannot be changed. But what can be changed is how we choose to re-act and re-spond to the cards we are dealt.

You may see a man tied at the ankles hanging upside down with no chance of escape.

I see a book filled with knowledge a sky full of birds and butterflies and a net ready to catch whatever is needed to survive and thrive.

Lean into your wisdom my friends. Catch what you need and let go of what you don’t and use the muscles in your body and your mind and your spirit to pull yourself up and untie those damn knots. Yes you will fall to the ground but you will dust yourself off and you will get up and you will keep going.

I promise you, where are you are meant to be is better than where you are allowing yourself to remain.

Don’t be afraid to fall.

Let’s talk about strength

Strength is not about power. It’s not about size. It’s not about volume. It’s not about scaring people or hurting people

Strength is about being absolutely terrified of something and doing it anyway

Strength is about trusting your inner voice to guide you when you are lost

Strength is about doing what is right for you even when everyone else tells you that you’re wrong or that you can’t or that you shouldn’t

Strength is about opening your eyes every single morning and walking into a day not knowing what’s going to happen or if you can handle it

Strength is about knowing when you need help and being vulnerable enough to ask for it

Strength is about breaking completely apart and putting yourself back together

Strength is knowing that you will be, that you already are, ok

Strength is loving yourself enough to grow through whatever you go through and to do what you need to do and to come out of it on the other side

Strength is letting go of something that no longer serves you even though you want so badly to hold on to it

Strength is crying in the shower so your children don’t hear you

Strength is laying in bed awake at night wondering how you will do what you have to do and resolving to do it because you have to and you need to

Strength is tearing up the script of your story and creating a new one

Strength is accepting, allowing, surrendering, healing

Strength is tapping into your inner light and allowing it to shine even on your darkest days

I’m enjoying a hot cuppa tea and felt inclined to pull some angel cards.

Today we are reminded that in order to find and maintain harmony we need to manifest the things we say we want.

Remember that harmony comes from a blend of different things that work together. You can have a little bit of chaos and a little bit of calm and still be in a harmonious state

And manifesting is not wishing. It is not dreaming. It is creating. It is doing what you need to do to make s**t happen

Manifesting can definitely begin with thoughts and ideas. We know that our words and our thoughts have power. But we need action to support the words and the thoughts.

When we create the life we want, we can rise above the little bits of chaos.

Or at least blend it in with all the good stuff to create the perfect harmony for our lives.

Good morning my Visionaries!

For many it has been a year of loss.
So today I remind you to be kind to yourself through your grief journey.

There is no right or wrong way to feel, experience, or share grief.

My card pulls today come from my mediumship deck and my angel card deck.

Please release any guilt you feel surrounding the loss of your loved one. You did the best you could. You made the best decisions. You acted out of love. Their life and their death is only theirs. It is not yours. You do not need to carry any weight from it. Sorrow yes. Anger maybe. But guilt, never.

As you grieve, give yourself permission to live and love freely. Free yourself from any feelings of responsibility for their life and death. Free yourself so that you may live as you are meant to.

May the loving presence of all whom you have lost comfort you and surround you and ease your heart and mind.

Good morning my Visionaries!

I’m really going to try to be more of an presence on this page this year.

It’s not something I push myself to do regularly because I don’t look at my readings as a business per se.

This is my work. My calling. My gift.

And because it has value, I request a fee for my time and the sharing of it.

It is healing work, like therapy.

It is not entertainment.

So I don’t push it.

And I don’t promote myself here the way I do on my pet sitting page.

But I am always here in the background, my energy open and available to all who are meant to sit with me at my table.

And I will try to be “here” more regularly for all of you.

So…

This is the card pull I did this morning for myself, for my quickie past present future new year reading.

I will share it here because we are all connected and what is meant for me may also be meant for some of you.

In the past there were obstacles. I overcame them. And busted out of energy that had been holding me back.

In the present there are still battles to be fought. And caution not to look back on the obstacles of the past and re-create them in the present.

In the future there will be people I turn my back on. Some will think I’m a hard ass bitch. And that’s ok because I will be queen of my castle, stand in my strength and hold the world in the palm of my hand.
