Frohe Oktoberfest! We're welcoming the month of October with our Oktoberfest event. We enjoyed the best schnitzel, sauerbraten, sausages and sauerkraut, beer, and our German chocolate cake! Our trip to The Paterson Great Falls, a national historical park, was quite an experience! Some of our residents who grew up in the Paterson area reminisced about the rise and fall of the silk industry, and the friendly park rangers who also served as our guides educated us all about its historic significance. At the end of the visit, we all pledged to be junior park rangers!
